The gel removal was done properly. The manicure was one of the worse treatment ever done. The nails were filed all differently, on especially cut diagonally. Cuticles were basically not removed and the nail polish very bad applied. I tried to explain it several times but there was no action or even tried to compensate some what happened. I went to this saloon 2 years ago for a wax and, it was the most painful I've ever had. I would just suggest to try a different saloon!!
