The venue changed my appointment time. However, everything else was fantastic. Therapist was lovely and worked really fast so I could be out on time to pick up my kids.

after reading most of the comments, I decided to give it a try. However, my experience wasn't as good as I expected. Facial consisted in scrubbing, steam (no extraction at all) and mask. Nothing else so I could've have done it at home and save the money. Staff was nice so wondering if it's venue decisions or what's the reason about this. Obviously, it wasn't worth it.
