I’m really sorry but the shellac manicure I got was terrible - totally uneven, with polish all over the place (it even dripped to the wide), very bumpy and irregular (even the beautician that did it recognised she messed it up). Also, the appointment started almost 30 mins late. I’m trying to get in touch for a refund (or another appointment to make up for it) but no one’s picking up my calls. Not a great service!

I maybe got unlucky as it was her first day-I hope she takes this as constructive feedback!Massage wasn't relaxing-good pressure, but bad technique-she didn't seem to understand where my muscles were, sometimes painfully pressing on the spine & her nails kept scratching my neck. She also did 60 mins not 90 (a relief in the end), so the salon offered 30 min complimentary treatment-thank you.Skin feels good post facial but it was rushed & heavy-handed & head massage was strange! So not relaxing.
