Asked for the nails to be as pointy as possible. Maryan instantly replied with "oh I would never cut these long nails off". They were cut down chubby and square. I asked if she could make them more almond shaped and a bit rounder as they were very square. Asked her to resend them twice. Still very square. Gave up.
She complained about the colour I've chosen to be so light she needed to put on many layers. Instantly built up the thickest layer with really big bumps - 3 nails gone before the end day
