Lovely staff but horrible hygiene. Would not visit again. The reuse of the same applicator for Hollywood waxing is a real concern given risk of infection. I have a PhD in biomedical science and know for a fact that microorganisms will NOT be killed at 65C, so the reuse of the applicator is not justified on those grounds. All places I have visited previously discarded each applicator after the first use + always provided wet wipes for clients to clean themselves prior to treatment.
