I arrived 10 minutes late but the staff were so welcoming and let me know my treatment would still end at the right time which is fine because it’s my fault. The therapist was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She realised I had a stressful day straight away and that was kind of her to mention. The facial itself was really refreshing, and there was a massage on my shoulders and face too which was sooo good. I asked for post-treatment care and would love to go back again

Salon treatment rooms and the toilet need cleaning more regularly. My appointmentwas cut short by 10 mins despite me making it clear that I had booked the 60 minute service. Staff were friendly but there was a lack of professionalism.
