Staff were friendly but I was locked out of the salon in the cold rain for 10 mins when my appt was due to start and it then started 20 mins late. The massage itself was not deep tissue it was just rubbing and didn’t help relieve any of the neck and back pain I was having. The room was cold and I couldn’t relax. It was overall an unenjoyable experience sadly.
