Had a facial, wasn't bad wasn't great. The treatment duration is one hour, and I think it's important to know that 1 hour is literally what you get, even if the extraction happened only on half your face. My beautician was nice and polite, but she didn't do any extraction on my forehead because we were "running out of time" although in my booking I expressed that I needed to focus on extraction. Instead, she spent a long time prepping my skin and cleaning it although I said I already did and was
