I weight train 4 times a week and develop tight areas such as glutes, back neck and shoulders.
Maryan has a wonderful way of releasing the tension in these area.
It is deep tissue so be sure that this is what you need as she does the job well.
If you need her to start gently and then work up the pressure let her know.
