The wax for Hollywood was quite painful, I’ve got sensitive skin anyways but I could tell from previous waxes elsewhere the hot wax mix was poor quality meaning it took longer and was more painful and I was still left with hair particles in places - staff was lovely but the service was rushed -my appointment was for 11am & where she arrives at that time it means we didn’t get started till 6.10/15 with someone booked right after so a bit more time would have helped as I needed to get to work also
