Sam was very friendly when she did the hollywood wax, she warned me that there were a few shorts hairs that the wax couldn't get, but I noticed there was a small patch in the inner-areas that was missed and I had to clean-up at home.

Such a lovely massage and facial - great pressure for the massage (they can be too rough!). The extraction for the facial was so painful but my face looks amazing now so it was worth it! Thanks again x
