Demi was Very polite and friendly , waxed underarm at good pace not quick but not rushed, she took time to tweeze out few small hair because without tearing skin by overdoing with the wax strips .

I was 10 mins late to my appointment, I apologised for and rang the salon whilst I was on the way to let them know. However the girl doing my nails was a further 15 mins late and didn't say sorry. Didn't touch my cuticles/ nail beds at all
