There was a 20min delay for my treatment which almost made me late for another appointment. The consequence was a rushed waxing with strip wax instead of hot wax, which was what I paid for.

The girls were absolutely lovely, but they were both very tired, and when one of them started working on my shellac, she did't cut, file or reshape my nails (although they needed it) and just kept on putting coat on top of coat of gel. Not the best value for money.
