A lovely women did my bikini wax but unfortunately she did incompetently. I paid for Lyon Brazilian which is usually as painless as a bikini wax can be. This one hurt, a lot. Then I realised she was doing a hollywood. A genuine mistake, but was easily avoidable by checking with me first. Then she carried on going over the same areas several times as "my hair wasn't easy to remove", causing me to bruise. Eventually she asked if she could switch to strip wax as she finds that "easier". All in all it was a long, painful, unpleasant experience that I eventually walked out of. I would like to end this review by saying I've been to this venue several times for a bikini wax, no problem. I find it to be cheap and cheerful with brilliant staff. The staff member I got this time, whilst lovely, just couldn't do it. I ended up leaving, unfinished.
