When I arrived the staff told me that they had no one to do my treatment because they hadn't realised their staff was on annual leave. They did not apologise and acted like I had caused THEM inconvenience and just told me to get a refund from Treatwell because I had already paid upfront. It was eventually decided that I could wait and see if their next client would turn up and if not I could have their slot. In the end the massage itself was actually quite good but the rude and unhelpful staff detracted from the experience.

I booked and paid for a hollywood hot wax however when i arrived i was told they had run out of hot wax and I had to get strip wax done instead which was a disappointment. Everything else was fine.
