The wax and overall treatment was great - lycon really is virtually painless! However the lady attending me was the only person around so she was frequently interrupted as other customers came into the salon and had to keep leaving to fill reception duties - not great when you are lying there in a compromising position!

I booked myself in for a massage tomorrow and just had a very unprofessional phone call to say that the "therapists are now no longer available tomorrow so i need to cancel your appointment " no apology or sorry for the inconvenience was said and i got hung up on very quickly after she cancelled my appointment.
I dont usually write bad reviews but this one deserved it.
