I arrived to find that they had run out of hot wax the day before, though the great member of staff kindly offered to add my eyebrows in to make up the difference in price between hot wax and strip wax.
Unfortunately, strip wax hurts me far more than hot wax - making this a less pleasant experience than I was prepared for.
