I booked myself in for a massage tomorrow and just had a very unprofessional phone call to say that the "therapists are now no longer available tomorrow so i need to cancel your appointment " no apology or sorry for the inconvenience was said and i got hung up on very quickly after she cancelled my appointment. I dont usually write bad reviews but this one deserved it.

I really like the Lycon wax treatment - so much so, I keep coming back! Anita, who did the treatment, is also really friendly and made me feel really at easy. Fully recommend!
