Lady was new to the salon so I expected her to be inexperienced but she wasn't, she was very friendly and chatty which I didn't mind, overall good experience.

I was overall happy with the final treatment. My only issue would be that I'm used to my beAuty therapists following a particular order with the hot wax which generally helps to ease my discomfort as I know what's coming next etc. I felt like the lady didn't quite have a technique which made me feel very tense throughout the session. However, I am extremely pleased with the final results so I guess it's just a personal preference
