We had couples massages which were a bit all over the place - not really clear that they were doing - one really fast and one really slow, neither very effective, and we weren't asked what we wants. Also the massage beds don't have holes for you face so it's quite uncomfortable. But good value.
Beauty therapist was a bit distracted and was attending to two people at once
