First time trying this. Read alot about it first. Was thinking it should goto -10'c and be a hard block that gets messaged once completed. Was told the temperature was only-2'c and was cold but not firm. Skin not even marked where the pads were, so not sure this worked at all. Was given the upsell as soon as I got in for four areas, but no second machine available. Kat was lovely though felt very relaxed. Not sure if I'd have this here again.

Just had my first micro needling facial with Rachel and it was not as uncomfortable as I thought it was going to be! Rachel was really friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She made me feel really comfortable.

Rachel was lovely and so knowledgeable, we discussed what I wanted out of this treatment and ended up having a peel instead, which was much more appropriate for my needs.
