Didn’t get my treatment. I booked 3 days in advance and was told on arrival that I wasn’t in their system and they had no time for me until the end of the day but being a Saturday I had plans and couldn’t return. They didn’t seem to care and blamed Treatwell. I’d paid in advance so now trying to get a refund from Treatwell. No one greeted me when I arrived either, I had to go walking through the building to find someone. Not a particularly nice building either.

Went for a gel nail manicure as a one off as my standard salon was booked. The whole experience was quite frustrating - The lady was very slow and clearly inexperienced which is fine but should have been reflected in the price! It was all very amateurish and the end result was quite poor. Not what I expect and this place was twice the price. Four days after 3 nails had chipped severely and one bubbled up. I emailed the salon about this but haven’t had a response. Really poor!
