Encouraged to pay on a per visit basis which I did in cash. Every appointment email confirmation I had said 3 sessions plus 1 free session.
Just had my 3rd session and was told no free session because I didn't pay in advance.
It's over a 3 hour round trip for me plus the 30 minutes I was kept waiting while a walk in who arrived after me went in.
Won't be going again. I'll find someone local to me who doesn't adopt a penny pinching operation.
