First session was carried out by Jamie. He was honest as to expectations and very professional. I've had lazer removal on my eyebrows through another practitioner which had no effect and was a waste of money, I knew Jamie's machine was far more powerful so I was a quite nervous (it stings a bit). Dan was there and even held my hand - I thought that was amazing!
Second session was just Dan, it was perfect and I held the Pig!

It was easy to get parked and Dan was good with explaining all the details.
One star off as it was pretty painful, but the patch test I had took about 30 seconds so didn't last long. It wouldn't put me off continuing with the removal sessions at all

Great atmosphere and lovely staff who know what they are doing :) Jamie and Dan have always been understanding; reassuring and flexible with me, only downside is the location but easier to do if you have a car!
