Both appointments were late by about 15-20 minutes which was a shame, but the treatment itself was very professional and I'm pleased with the results.
Ayse was great, explained all the procedures with great detail and was very knowledgeable. She didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need either, which was appreciated.
