I had a co2 laser fractional resurfacing treatment and it was the worse ever experience. I have PTSD, permanent scarring and hyperpigmentation. The beautician did not discuss any potential risks especially for my Asian skin type, after care and did not arrange follow ups with me. She only agreed to see me when I highlighted my concerns. I went to see a dermatologist today who was shocked firstly with the treatment and lack of after care and have been advised to take legal action!

I've never met a more passively aggressive and rude person when getting a treatment.
Purchased a block of 3.
First she took a very personal call during my first treatment completely bad mouthing someone.
Second app she didn't show for, wasting my afternoon.
Third she stood over me while I was getting treatment #2 and told me I changed the settings on the machine when she left me alone again! I couldnt even reach the machine.
Told me to get out when I suggested her attitude was inappropriate

I have a bad experience with Amie. She asked for extra deposit of £150 for the fat dissolving session and hardsell for a 2nd session. when I am having an infection and want to cancel future sessions, she said deposits are non-refundable.
