This was my first treatment, venue was at an excellent location which was very easy to find. The lady was very polite, very experienced, very attentive and took time out to listen to me. She offered advice and tips on the treatment needed. She recommended products and treatment for for my skin. She was not forceful, she gave me leaflets as such I was able to research treatments. Excellent service overall
