I had a lovely couple of treatments, great value and felt fantastic after. The only downside, which has nothing to do with the therapist or treatments was the state of the toilets, a real let down for a spa. Broken toilet seat, no toilet paper or towels and a real mess. This let down a otherwise perfect experience and did not reflect the rest of the spa area.
