Katie is really friendly also professional and is very good at putting you are ease. She is also good at giving advice on colours new ones and what's trending atm always something new to chose. It's a nice relaxed atmosphere and Katie makes you feel very welcome offering drinks. I really wouldn't go to anyone else for my treatments especially my brows
