I had such a lovely experience at my appointment, first time I've ever been there and Olivia was so lovely and made me feel right at ease from the start. She was so nice to talk to, (felt like i was chatting to a friend), made me feel comfortable, even sharing breathing/distraction techniques to help me with the more painful areas of my waxing. I would definitely go there again 100% and thought the prices they charged was really reasonable as well! Thank you for a lovely experience!

The setup is cosy; Olivia is really knowledgeable and able to make the client feel at ease at every point. She made really good skincare recommendations too. Both the lash lift and facial were effective and done without any discomfort. 100% would return for my next treatment!
