Unfortunately the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was not a pleasant experience as second hand smoke tends to make me feel ill.

I wouldn't book a wax here again, it was a very poky room and smelt of stale smoke. The wax was very sticky (no talc or gloves used) which made it all a bit more painful!

This venue is not clean! She also took too much off of my eyebrows and left wax all over my face.
