Extremely professional and precise, less painful than expected

Joyce was very lovely but by far one of the more painful and lengthy waxes I've ever had. The whole process took an hour. The following day the area was extremely red, raised and irritated. I get waxed regularly and this has never been the case before.

A relaxing massage, with a friendly member of staff. Small, clean premises. I was expecting a little firmer manipulation as it was a Swedish massage, so more relaxing than perhaps I anticipated.

The beautician was very nice and friendly and made me feel weclomed. The treatment room itself was quite small though and it felt a bit stifling, luckily my treatment (underarm wax) was quick but I wouldn't have felt comfortable in there for longer.
The venue itself smelt of smoke which, as a non smoker, was a bit unpleasant.
