Gail was lovely and very chatty which put my mind at ease during the treatment. The wax was very thorough and left my legs feeling nice and smooth. Will be going back for more treatments!

The therapist was friendly, welcoming and confident. But the floor of the treatment room was filthy, covered in wax and had not been cleaned, so your shoes and socks stuck to it. The treatment was over in 15/20 minutes instead of taking the full 30 minutes allocation. This meant the final result was lopsided and not finished well. Another five minutes of work and this could’ve been much better. I was the last customer of the day and this is probably why.

Relaxing treatment. Therapist asked me about any specific areas to concentrate on before beginning, which helped me get the most out of the experience.
