Fiorenza is a qualified expert in advanced treatments. She started her journey in aesthetic industry thirteen years ago in Italy- Milan and through her continuous development she is a perfectionist in Laser Hair removal, non surgical facelift, microneedling treatments, skin rejuvenation, acne, skin Tightening, body fat reduction and other skin conditions. She believes she has the most rewarding job, being able to make a change in people’s life. The most important aspect to her is to deliver outstanding customer care and an unforgettable experience by delivering top quality treatments. She founded Skin Connect Clinic on the principle of boosting one’s self confidence, not perfection. Always working with high standards to align your inner sense of self with your outer self. Jigisha is a qualified Aesthetic Practitioner with Level 5, training to complete level 6 in Aesthetic Practice from University College Birmingham. She specialises in advanced skin treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, radiofrequency, hydrafacial and laser hair removal. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing and confident skin, combining clinical knowledge with a warm, professional approach to deliver safe, personalised treatments and exceptional client care.

Alaa graduated in 2024 from University College Birmingham with a level 6 degree and has trained in many skin and body treatments such as laser, micro needling, HydraFacial and RF; just to name a few. Her favourite treatment to perform is Chemical Peel as she loves to see the amazing results clients get and how life changing it can be for them. She is passionate about working with our clients to ascertain the results that you want to achieve, and using professional products and treatments to accomplish those results. Alaa really enjoys achieving the results you want as well as helping you to improve your skin health.
