I have been trying to contact Yosra for days to correct a procedure she carried out&she has constantly ignored me. I then booked an appointment as I thought this would be a way for me to see her for 6.30pm on 3rd June 2023. I then attempted to message her via WhatsApp to ask if she had any earlier at 4.30pm. No reply! I then received an email confirmation from Treatwell stating that my appointment had been changed to 6.30am on 3rd June 2024. She took my money&I didn’t even have the appointment

Yosra is amazing at what she does. Very educated. I love how she talked me through the steps of the micro needling vampire facial. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure and I would recommend anyone that is looking to look good or wanting to enhance their features to try out Yosraesthetics I’d give Yosra a 10/10 fir her knowledge, kindness, cleanliness, performance and knowledge. I feel more confidence with How I look
