Not enough characters to describe how bad this is. In summary, Lana refused to issue a refund for an appointment SHE didn’t bother to turn up for. Then SHE booked some other random appointment for me (without asking if I could come, and after I very clearly asked for a refund). She has used the fact SHE booked an appointment, that I neither wanted nor asked for, to refuse to refund me, saying I broke her T&Cs?!?! I regret paying by bank transfer for my appointments as now I am £80 out of pocket
