Pleasant experience. Room is nice and big, looked clean. Music was a bit odd, seemed like it was playing from someone’s laptop or phone quietly rather and a speaker, but no bother to me. The lady was pleasant, chatty but not too chatty. She gave me a voucher for 20% off the next treatment but annoyingly spilt something in my bag and it is now all scrimped - will definitely be returning.

Lovely relaxing facial. Lady was very nice and friendly. It was my first facial and my skin isn't good at the moment so can't comment too much on the result yet but I enjoyed the experience.
