Katie was really knowledgable and reassuring throughout the consultation, she took a look at the products I already use and pointed me in the right direction on how best to use those with a few added extras that are more appropriate for my skin complexion. Katie sent me a skin care routine via email which was broken down simply into each day/AM & PM. I found the experience enjoyable and helpful, I now feel confident in how best to look after my skin. I was really nervous before my plasma treatment, Katie put me at ease the minute i walked in, Reassuring me throughout the treatment. The numbing cream is amazing and the whole thing was pain free. Katie's knowledge on all her procedures is amazing. Highly recommend Katie and the Salon :)

I had a laser tattoo removal session and was nervous beforehand incase in was painful. Katie was extremely reassuring and gave me numbing cream beforehand. It actually was pretty painless! I’d say less pain that getting a tattoo done, so I would definitely recommend giving it a go at this salon if this is a treatment you are thinking about.
Katie is a great therapist, very friendly and knowledgeable about all the treatments she provides!
