Lucia was very friendly and professional. Waxing was pretty painless and results are exactly what I wanted. I am really pleased with this place and have been recommending to friends and family. This will be my go to place from now on!
Brazilian Waxing
Clean atmosphere however staff below kept walking up and down to access kitchen. Walked right behind so felt a little in the way.
Manicure was worth its value as lady paid attention to them. 2 nails didn't set so she re did them and ensured I left happy.

Lady who conducted the wax was patient and caring! Definitely calmed me down and done a great job
Hollywood Waxing
The venue is really central to Ealing Broadway, which was great. People were friendly, but didn't speak much English, which felt a bit awkward. Especially as the therapist was male (for an all-body massage).
Having said that, the massage was very good indeed and I felt perfectly comfortable during the massage and extremely relaxed afterwards (which is what you want).
Id go back, but Id ask for a pillow. My neck was a bit tense after as they didnt have a massage bed with a face hole.
