The therapist just came in the room and started the massage without asking if I had any problem or wanted to focus on any part. At the end of the massage she didn't wipe my body so I was full of oil (hot towel or at least wipe with a towel should have been fine).Massage was OK, with good techniques and fair value for money.

I received a "holistic massage" billed as a massage concentrating on clients problem areas etc etc. It was, however, just a set routine. Bizarrely, no questions asked and straight into the massage. It was perfectly pleasant but I prefer a firmer massage.
