I had a gel polish removal treatment. 30 mins before my appointment, the beautician called to reschedule (i was already on my way at the time). Fine. During my treatment, the lady filed my nail till it started hurting. Service is poor and unwelcoming too. Thoroughly a horrible experience. Would not return.
