The photos are rather misleading. The salon is made (in the photos) to look rather bright and new. Unfortunately this isn’t the case. The salon is above a hairdressers. You walk through this to the back of the hairdressers and up a dingy staircase to a landing - this is the salon. It is cramped and dimly lit. I was sat next to a station which was next to a kitchenette which didn’t sit right with me. Staff from the hairdressers below randomly walk up and through to use this. There is also a floor above which I assume is used for other treatments and staff also wander down from here which gives the place an unprofessional feel. Equipment doesn’t look very clean. After a week my nails have odd bubbles appearing which has never happened before. Not a lot of cuticle work done either.
