I was asked whether I was happy with a male masseusse, which I was. Good to be asked. The massage was fine. One of my criticisms is that if I had known there were many stairs to climb to reach the reception and then the therapy room I would not have booked at this venue. I am only 60 yrs of age with knee osteoarthritis and I found the many stairs daunting. It should be made clear on the website that if anybody has mobility issues it’s not the venue for them.
