I had a mixed experience with my massage.
Firstly, the massage itself was great. The masseuse was really good at finding my knots and explained why I was having neck pain (it was because of knots in my lower back) - I left feeling a lot better and you could tell he really knew what he was doing.
But the salon/venue itself left much to be desired. Firstly, it is upstairs from a hair salon and the people there were quite rude when I asked where to go for my massage. Then, the room itself was freezing cold and had absolutely no ambience. The towels were well-used and kind of grey rather than white. There was no music playing during the massage, meaning I could hear people talking and the washing machines whirring - plus the masseuse's phone going off during the massage! Not *that* relaxing really.
In summary: massage great; venue not so much.

I really enjoyed the massage by Iger, the male massue. He was very proactive in solving my problematic back and neck. He diagnosed my issue pretty early on and tried to work on the muscles. I have booked another session so I will be looking forward to the treatment.
