Deep tissue massage with Igor was amazing, he is very knowledgable and professional. The setting itself unfortunately was not great - they werent very prepared, almost like my booking was not registered. The lighting was so bright at all times (lighting should really be dimmed for full relaxation) the bed was not very comfortable either. There was confusion with the location - they had moved to a new location the week before and had not updated their website, treatwell description etc so turned up at the wrong place! Luckily they apologised and still gave the full 50mins massage. Would definitely like to see Igor again but possibly only once the setting/atmosphere has improved.

Visiting them for years, new location is tricky to find and staff looked a bit deflated! Bring back the sparkle!
