V. Painful massage (not in a good way.) Therapist only used a drop of oil so rugged on all of my body hair and left my skin very raw. Did ask him to use more but it turned out he didn’t speak a word of English. Receptionist quite rudely asked “what was wrong” with my face (my psoriasis) in a weak attempt to sell me another treatment as well as trying to upsell a massage package, there was a loyalty card somewhere along the way as well as advising that I needed at least five more massages. Generally very pushy. Also not experienced ANY muscle relief which is disappointing. The therapist was supposed to have been a doctor with 27 years experience...
