I had a wonderful massage with therapist Margherita. She was very professional.
However, the whole experience was ruined by fairly loud repetetive music being played through speakers.The choice was unbelievable for a relaxing massage. It sounded like a child was practising its scales on a piano. It was awful and went on the whole 50 minutes.
Also, the noise RIGHT outside the door of the room I was having my massage in was even worse.
The phone constantly ringing and the receptionist talking loudly.
There were two customers having their nails done RIGHT outside the door making it five people having conversations.
Such a shame because as I have said at the beginning, Margherita was excellent. I will not be returning.
