I didn’t realise that BeautyKA was downstairs so sat down and had my nails done upstairs.. only to realise halfway through it wasn’t where I had booked and I’d have to pay and extra £20 for my nails when I had already paid online 😫 not the salons fault but there was some miscommunication.. when I did get downstairs to have my toes done, they were really thorough and it felt that they did a really good job! Good choice of colours too - thank you and I will be back! I’ll just make sure I head downstairs first!

I felt very comfortable and felt like they knew exactly what they were doing and I what I needed. I was very bruised from the massaged, perhaps too bruised which is why I've marked it down as although it probably did me good, my lower back was in pain for a few days following the appointment. Perhaps if I went regularly, this wouldn't be such an issue.
