Igor has been treated me for the past 2 months ,
He uses a mixed of pressure points , manipulation and massage , Thanks to all this combination I have managed to be pain free with my heels problem due to badminton .
Pressure points can be quite uncomfortable but worth it due to the amazing results.
His normal oil massages are excellent too !
