Booked Japanese manicure. I mentioned I needed to leave within 45 minutes; the appointment was 25 minutes. The clinic is very nice & I was offered a drink on arrival. I waited 15 minutes for my appointment to start. Houneida was friendly & professional & fast. I appreciated her being conscious of time but the appointment was rushed (15 mins) & the manicure was pretty basic compared to previous ones Ive had. The buffed shine usually lasts a week or so & it hasn’t lasted 3 days. A waste at £30.

First time “Japanese” mani and pedi. My toes are hurting…my foot nails not shaped and one foot cuticle not done. I have spent 77 pounds for taking my gel left over off and still have a layer of it. Not even a clear polish hardener at the tops I left the saloon as I never had a mani or piedi..I could have done the same thing at home, maybe not hurting myself. Machine stopped working on my right foot..technician proceeded manually…work look really unfinished. I’m disappointed…yes.
