I was booked in for several treatments so I had two beauty technicians – one who seemed great and very experienced but then I had a mini mani and pedi done by a new person who was very sweet but not very skilled yet. My nails turned out *way* below satisfactory, so much so that I don't plan to come back. Some quality control should be in place with new staff. It also took twice as long as expected so was late returning to work. Very disappointing...
